Effective analysis and interpretation of the collected data are required. Even with the abundance of publicly available computational tools and methods for the analysis of genetic data, organizing these tools,
integrating them into practical pipelines, and carrying out the analysis remains a difficult task for experimental biologists, physicians, and diagnostic centers.
Our goal is to expedite the field of genomics by creating genome-informatics tools for the analysis, interpretation, and reporting of high-throughput, next-generation genomics datasets.
