HALOSPERM
Halosperm® is an in vitro diagnostic kit designed for fast, easy, and reproducible measurement of DNA fragmentation without requiring complex lab equipment. It enhances sperm quality evaluation by assessing DNA integrity, a crucial parameter often overlooked by conventional semen analysis. This deeper assessment aids medical professionals in selecting the most suitable assisted reproduction technique for couples, particularly crucial for the 15% of men with normal sperm analyses but considered infertile.
DYN-HALOSPERM
Dyn-halosperm® has been developed to address the growing interest in evaluating the kinetic aspects of DNA fragmentation, as ex vivo sperm samples may incur iatrogenic damage that varies between individuals and increases over time. This tool aids in identifying patients with high baseline fragmentation or rapid increases, guiding the selection of reproductive techniques that minimize in vitro manipulation and ensure rapid oocyte fertilization, enhancing clinical diagnosis and treatment decisions for each couple.
BRIGHTFIELD STAINING KIT
The Brightfield Staining Kit facilitates visualizing the results obtained using Halosperm®, HalospermG2®, Dyn-Halosperm® and Halomax® processed slides under the brightfield microscope.
